This 45-minute session is done fully clothed, while I use gentle hands-on (or no-touch, if preferred) techniques to work with your body’s energy field, releasing stuck emotions, easing stress, and inviting in more flow and clarity. If you're feeling off, overwhelmed, or just in need of deep rest, this session will leave you feeling recharged and realigned.

My slow-flow vinyasa style is all about feeling good in your body—releasing tension, building strength, and making space for energy to flow and calm to settle in. It’s always an all-levels vibe where we breathe and move, finding that sweet spot between effort and ease. In March, I'm teaching at the RWS Community Center in Rodanthe, NC, on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM. These donation-based classes support Hatteras Island Meals, helping to feed those in need in our community.
