Yoga is another pathway home, a gentle unfolding that brings you back into your body with presence and ease. My teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and intuitive pacing to create space where your system can soften, unwind, and reconnect.

I offer private yoga sessions, weekly classes, and seasonal workshops, each held with the same intention: to support stillness, clarity, and a return to your natural rhythm. Private sessions are available in-home by request, while group offerings gather in thoughtfully chosen spaces that invite grounding and presence.

The practice is slow, grounded, and accessible. We move with intention, listening to what the body is ready to release and what it needs in order to feel supported. Movement becomes medicine, breath becomes clarity, presence becomes the pathway back to yourself.

Yoga here isn’t about shapes or performance, it’s about creating space. Space in your muscles, in your mind, and in your energy field for tension, noise, and old patterns to soften and dissolve.

This work pairs beautifully with massage and energy healing, helping the shifts we create on the table continue to settle and integrate off of it.
