I teach yoga throughout the Outer Banks - in peaceful spaces that invite stillness and connection. Weekly classes, occasional workshops, and private sessions offer a chance to move at your own pace and return to your natural rhythm.
My teaching is rooted in the belief that movement and breath create space - not just in the body, but in the energy system as a whole. When we move with intention, we soften tension, quiet the noise, and allow our natural energy to flow more freely. My classes are grounding, accessible, and infused with presence, play, and a deep respect for the inner wisdom of the body.
